Ultimate Ice Fishing Tournament Weigh-In
Guests attending the Ultimate Fishing Show in Novi will witness the first ever Ultimate Ice Fishing Tournament Weigh-In. This tournament will feature twenty of the top regional ice fishing teams vying for the Ultimate Ice Fishing National Championship title. Anglers will be fishing local lakes and bringing their big catch to the Suburban Collection Showplace for the ice fishing show down. Don’t miss this live weigh in – the first ever held at a sport show venue.
Sponsors include K&E Tackle and Skandia Tungsten Ice Jigs.
The anglers will be focusing on a 10 fish limit of panfish, including Crappie and Bluegills. There will also be a “Bear Creek Monster Pike” award for the largest pike brought to the scales. Be on hand for this exciting weigh in and learn ice fishing secrets directly from these top ice fishing anglers.

The show was great but no ice fishing contest since we had no safe ice nearby. Disappointing. Not sure if I can recall when we have gone this late into the winter in Lower Michigan without safe ice?
