The purpose of this community forum is to provide a family-friendly, fun and educational place for like-minded persons to visit and share information. Please make sure you have read and agreed to our Terms of Service (Use) before you participate on this website. This community is centered on ice fishing. It is not a place to promote ideological, religious, or political matters. We reserve the right to close or remove any post, comment or reply for any of the reasons below or no reason with or without prior notice.

Specifically, please note that advertising is not free on this website. You may sell personal ice fishing-related items in the For Sale board though this may become a premium service later and/or limited to active, participating members. If you are selling as or for a business, or items you make or purchase for profit, that is not allowed for free. If you have an ice fishing event that is not free that is not contributing 100% to charity, you must get pre-approval before posting the event on this website. Please do not hold any contests on this forum without prior approval. In general, promoting an event with a fee or holding a contest will require paid advertisement. Please contact us for more information on events, contest, advertising and rates.

You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law.

You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements (unless approved), for-sale items not covered above, chain letters, pyramid schemes, harassment, and solicitations through posts, member email or private messaging are also forbidden on this forum.

This is a friendly, family-safe forum meant to be a positive experience for anyone of any level. You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages. No axe-grinding, trolling or negativity just to stir things up. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of this forum, any related websites to this forum, its staff, and its subsidiaries. Signatures may include two click-able links - only exact URLs allowed. No tinyurls or other link shortener, only exact, literal URLs. No graphics allowed in your signature unless pre-approved by this website. We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature or avatar at any time, for any reason.

We reserve the right to change these rules at any time. From time to time, an issue may arise that requires existing rules to be updated, or new rules to be instituted. As a part of the continued use of this website, you may be required to agree to such amended rules in the future. Please check these rules for changes every so often.
